Refund policy


Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as shipping has not been booked (meaning we haven’t received a tracking number yet).

If you still want a refund after this time, you must wait for delivery and return the item(s).

Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns can be requested for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

If you are requesting a return due to:

  • Wrong product shipped

  • Product defect

  • Shipping damage

Please include clear photos that show the issue.


How to Start a Return

Start a return online via your account page on AZELIA.store.
Or request a return by emailing shop@azelia.store.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • The reason for the return (optional, but helpful)

We usually respond within 48 hours to confirm whether your return has been approved.


Return Shipping

After your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label from us.

A return label fee may apply and will be deducted from your refund.

If you prefer to arrange return shipping yourself, please contact support first to receive the correct return address and instructions. AZELIA is not responsible for returns sent to an address that was not provided by customer support.


Return Timeframe

Once you receive your return label or return instructions, you have 14 days to ship the return.

If the return is not shipped within 14 days, the return request will be canceled and no refund will be issued.


Refunds

Once your return arrives, it will be inspected.
If the item is in resalable condition, we will process your refund and notify you by email.

Please note that your bank may take up to 10 business days to return the funds to your account.
