Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
To ensure faster delivery, orders may be shipped in separate packages from different fulfillment partners.
You may receive multiple tracking updates by email. If an item hasn’t arrived yet, it’s already on the way.
If anything is missing after the delivery window, contact us and we’ll take care of it.
When will I get my order?
Order handling is 1-3 working days. Shipping time is 5-15 work days to almost all countries we service. Exceptions apply to particularly distant or less accessible locations.
